Generally, the Song-Beverly Act applies to vehicles sold with a manufacturer's new car warranty or a dealer-provided warranty. If you purchased your Q7 from a private party without any transferable warranty coverage, the Act may not apply. However, if the original factory warranty was still active at the time of purchase, you may have coverage.
